Traverse did an excellent job helping me sell my house. He was always encouraging and worked very hard. He actually helped me fix some things himself the day I listed – a drawer and a towel holder. He was always ready with a name of a repairman or house cleaner if I needed help. He went above and beyond his job during the stressful home inspection and repair negotiation process. Most of all he is truly a “stand-up” guy! He is honest, kind, and goes the extra mile! He did so well that I selected him to help me buy my next home as well!

Working with Traverse was not only enjoyable but it was live diving into the deep end with a coach right beside you. I had never bought a house before and suddenly one near our rental came up for sale. A friend had recommended Traverse so we called him. He came right out, walked us through the house, helped us figure out what we should offer and took care of the rest. We were a day late and were the 2nd offer on the house. We lost that one, but Traverse helped us keep looking. We finally found the perfect house. My wife has a corporation and so getting approval for the mortgage was tricky – Traverse Must have called 10 different mortgage brokers with me and we finally found one that could work with our unusual financial situation. This delayed our closing, but Traverse not only worked that out for us but helped my wife hang in there when she was about ready to give up on the process. All the time we were working with the bank, Traverse was always there for questions, tips, and reminders of what we needed to do and when it needed doing. He held our hand the whole way and 2 months after finding the house we moved in. Traverse didn’t stop after the closing table though, he stayed with us and was (and is) still available with any questions we have. Traverse is experienced in not only real estate (and it shows) but he knows his way around a house; what and how to easily fix things, who to call in the area for services, he has a good eye for appraisals, and negotiated a great deal for us! I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if I did or if anyone I know is looking Traverse is the only name I think of to recommend or call. He’s also great with plant identification and suggestions for Landscaping.

Traverse did a fantastic job with both the listing, negotiation, and sale of our home as well as the negotiation and purchase of our new home. He’s a great guy to work with and his expertise and connections were Extraordinarily helpful. His lender suggestion proved invaluable to us!
